Our Occupational Therapy services support individuals in developing the skills needed for daily living and greater independence. OT can address physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges affecting everyday functioning, including mobility, self-care, return-to-work support, and adjustment following injury or illness.

In-office, virtual, and at-home/in community appointments available.

Process:
Initial Consultation:
A comprehensive assessment of needs, goals, and abilities, leading to a personalized treatment plan.

Ongoing Therapy:
Targeted sessions focused on skill development, practical strategies, and improved independence.
